Pelez les pommes de terre, coupez-les en rondelles et faites-les bouillir dans de l'eau salée jusqu'à mi-cuisson.
Placez la moitié des pommes de terre dans un plat huilé. Saupoudrez avec la moitié du fromage râpé.
Étalez la 2ème moitié des pommes de terre sur le fromage. Mélangez les œufs avec la crème aigre, la crème fraîche et la noix de muscade, puis versez sur votre préparation. Saupoudrez le reste du fromage râpé.
