Baked potatoes

  • 4 stuk(s)  grote aardappels
  • 200 g  coarse sea salt
  • 100 g  kaas
  • 200 g  zure room
  • 1 snufje  peper
  • 6 sneetjes  spek
  • 1 takje  peterselie
  • 1 piece  tomaat
  • 1 piece  scallion

Voorbereiding
  1. Wash the potatoes. Sprinkle coarse salt onto a baking pan, place potatoes one next to the other over the salt, and put the pan in the oven.
  2. While the potatoes are baking, combine sour cream, grated cheese, and chopped parsley in a bowl. Season with pepper. Finely chop the bacon slices and fry them in a frying pan until they are crunchy.
  3. When the potatoes are done, make a cut on the top, open up the potato and stuff it with a tablespoon of sour cream and cheese, finely chopped tomatoes and spring onion, and sprinkle some crunchy bacon on top.
