Spelt bread

Spelt has a delicious nutty flavour and more fiber and minerals than traditional wheats, which makes it easier to digest. Use spelt flour for your homemade bread and add some mineral water for extra light texture.

  • 1 cuillère à café  sel
  • 2 cuillère à soupe  d'huile d'olive
  • 500 ml  eau minérale
  • 500 g  farine d'épeautre
  • 1 sachet  crème de tartre

Préparation
  1. Versez la farine dans un grand saladier, ajoutez le sel et creusez un puits au milieu. Ajoutez l'huile et la crème de tartre dans le puits.
  2. Versez l'eau minérale et pétrissez jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit homogène.
  3. Déposez le pâton sur la plaque à pâtisserie recouverte de papier sulfurisé.
